Everything at Kom Ombo is duplicated. Two entrances, two courts, two hypostyle halls, two sanctuaries: the southern half for Sobek the crocodile god, the northern half for Haroeris, Horus the Elder. Neither god gets precedence, which was the point.
The temple stands directly on the bank and the ship moors at the foot of it, so this is the one visit you walk to. The adjoining Crocodile Museum holds around thirty mummified crocodiles recovered from the sacred pool.
