The sailing
This is the short sailing, and the one most people do first. You start where the Nile leaves Egypt’s southern border, at Philae and the dam, and you finish in Luxor with Karnak and the West Bank at your feet.
Going downstream means the ship moves faster and moors longer. There is a full afternoon at Kom Ombo and Edfu on the same day, and Luxor is reached with half a day still in hand.

Day by day
Tap any mooring on the river — or use the arrows — and the panel below moves with her.
The price
Per person sharing a Standard Twin, low season. Suites, single occupancy and high-season dates are quoted on request.

Before you book
Check-in opens at noon on the day of departure and cabins are ready from 14:00. Lunch is served on board on embarkation day. Disembarkation is after breakfast, by 09:00, on the last morning — we can hold your luggage at reception if your flight is later.
Every site listed in the day-by-day is included: the guide, the transfers and the entrance tickets. You are free to skip any of them and stay on board. The only paid extras are Abu Simbel, the Luxor balloon, and the separately ticketed tombs in the Valley of the Kings.
Yes. Tell us your arrival airport and we will quote the domestic flight and a private transfer to the ship. Airport meet-and-greet is included with any transfer we arrange.
Both. Single occupancy carries a supplement rather than a share arrangement — you get the cabin to yourself. Connecting cabins on the main deck work well for families, and children under six travel free sharing with two adults.
Full board: open buffet at breakfast and lunch, and a set menu with three choices at dinner, served in one sitting so nobody eats late. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher-style requests are all fine — tell us at least 48 hours before departure.
Free Wi-Fi in the public areas. It runs on the mobile network, so it is good in Aswan and Luxor and patchy on the stretch between Edfu and Esna. Egyptian SIM cards are inexpensive if you need something more reliable.
